Summer Workshop Series!
Fermenting basics; Saturday Aug 10th at 1pm
Our fermenting workshop is a 60-90 minute class that teaches the basics of home fermenting. Each student will learn how to prep and ferment an assortment of veggies and sauerkraut. There will also be a beverage component to the class where we will explore kombucha, ginger beer and milk kefir! Each student will have the opportunity to take some their pickled creations home with them!
